Renata Cleans Dallas uses Koydo ServiceOS to receive quote requests, booking messages, attribution, and consent records. We collect the contact details, service notes, address details, browser metadata, and consent choices you submit so the operator can respond and perform the requested service.

Information we collect

ServiceOS may collect your name, email, phone, service address, property details, appointment selections, messages, review text, payment references, selected payment method, account login timestamps, policy versions accepted, IP address, user agent, referral source, and operational notes needed to quote, schedule, perform, support, audit, or defend the service.

How we use information

We use this information to create accounts, calculate estimates, hold appointments, process deposits, coordinate cleanout consultations, translate messages between customers and operators, send confirmations, maintain safety records, handle disputes, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and improve ServiceOS.

Service providers

We do not sell customer intake data. Service information is available to the operating business, authorized Koydo support staff under time-bound access, and vendors needed for payment, messaging, safety, and hosting.

Retention and audit logs

Booking, payment, quote, consent, tax, safety, and dispute records may be retained as long as reasonably needed for business operations, legal obligations, fraud prevention, accounting, customer support, and audit evidence. Marketing or nonessential communication preferences can be changed without deleting required transaction records.
