These terms govern quotes, bookings, deposits, subscriptions, messages, reviews, and owner-managed service records for Renata Cleans Dallas. Koydo ServiceOS provides the software and audit trail; the listed service operator performs or coordinates the cleaning, cleanout, and related services.

Quotes and field verification

Online estimates are based on the information you provide. Final scope, price, taxes, access requirements, excluded materials, staffing, and service timing may be revised when the operator verifies the property, condition, and requested work. No service is final until the operator confirms the scope and payment terms.

Deposits, cancellation, and no-shows

Booking deposits are nonrefundable once paid. The deposit holds the appointment window, covers payment processing, scheduling, preparation, and lost availability, and is credited toward the quoted total for the booked cleaning when the appointment is completed as scheduled.

Reschedule requests should be made as early as possible. The operator may offer a credit or new appointment time at their discretion, but a paid deposit is not automatically refundable after cancellation, no-show, blocked access, unsafe conditions, restricted materials, or material changes to the requested service.

Cleanouts and non-card balances

Property cleanouts use a separate crew calendar. Date-lock cleanouts require a $400 nonrefundable card deposit. Site-visit-only requests require a $100 nonrefundable assessment fee. Final cleanout pricing is subject to field verification, disposal restrictions, tax, access, and crew requirements. The remaining balance must be paid before work starts by an approved non-card method displayed in the app or portal.

Accounts, communication, and records

You agree to provide accurate contact, property, and access information. The operator may decline, reschedule, or revise a request when the submitted details do not match the site conditions or service area.

By creating an account, submitting a message, paying a deposit, approving a quote, or requesting service, you agree that ServiceOS may record timestamps, policy versions, payment references, account identity, source page, customer-provided notes, and operator responses as part of the service, tax, support, safety, and dispute audit history.

Recurring plans

If you enroll in a recurring plan, the plan price, billing cadence, cancellation path, and included benefits must be shown before payment. You may request cancellation through the same online account or support channel used for the plan, subject to any completed work, unpaid balances, and already-incurred nonrefundable deposits.

Limitations

The operator may refuse work that is unsafe, unlawful, outside the service area, materially different from the booked scope, or not suitable for standard cleaning crews. Insurance, background checks, service guarantees, payment processing, and service-specific disclosures are governed by the policies displayed during booking, payment, or quote approval.
